General Laws, Chapter 44, 1 <br /> Section 53E '/2, to be expended under the direction of the Board of Health, in order to place <br /> anticipated revenues collected from the sale of compost bins which shall be used to purchase <br /> additional compost bins, and advertise the availability of such bins, and to establish the limit on <br /> expenditures from said account for Fiscal Year 2002 at $2,500, or take any other action relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Health 4 <br /> Explanation: A revolving account is required by the Department of Environmental Protection <br /> in order to receive compost bins at no charge to the Town.
