, I '1 Explanation: This article seeks to fund the annual operating budgets for the various Town departments. Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. Motion be made by George Green. iE Motion: I move the Town vote to fix the salaries of the elected officers as specified under the columns entitled"Finance Committee Recommendations": in Line Items 1, 2, 10, 21 and 58 of the "Omnibus Budget" as distributed to voters at the Town Meeting and further the Town defray the expenses for the ensuing fiscal year by appropriating those amounts shown under the columns entitled "Finance Committee Recommendations" and that to fund said appropriation, ° the Town raise and appropriate $ 36,229,655; and further appropriate and transfer from the Ambulance Receipts Reserved for Appropriation Account.$200,000 to Line Item 38 and $50,000 to Line Item 39; appropriate and transfer from the Hotel/Motel Reserved Receipts Account $11,000 to Line Item 84; appropriate and transfer from the Conservation Revolving Account �1 i $12,798 to Line Item 26; appropriate and transfer from the Shellfish Receipts Reserved for Appropriation Account $14,000 to Line Item 52; appropriate and transfer from the Betterment ' 1 Receipts Reserved for Appropriation Account $170,100 to Line Item 78 and $36,619 to Line I; Item 80; appropriate and transfer from the Land Bank Fund$454,298 to Line Item 78 and $255,370 to Line Item 80; appropriate and transfer from Revenue Available for Appropriation p $1,146,000 to Line Item 86. ?
