For Petitioner's <br /> title, see deed dated January S. 1970, recorded in Boob: 1460, Page 5B6. <br /> in the following respect: <br /> To change from Zoning District R-125 (Chapter III, Article II, <br /> Section F) to be included in Cluster Zoning District, Chapter III, <br /> .Xrticle II, Section F.V. , adding thereby six (6) dwelling units and <br /> 56 s.f. of commercial area to Section 6 in accordance with deed to <br /> Town of Mashpee, Document No. 92,606, on file at Barnstable County <br /> Registry of Deeds, Book 266, Page 53. <br /> r any limitation, extension, change, alteration or modification of <br /> use, or method of use as may at hearing appear as necessary or <br /> roper in the premises. <br /> State Briefly Reasons for Special Permit <br /> Petitioner desires to have included in the Cluster Zoning <br /> District the above described parcel of land which comprises approx. <br /> 2.2 acres, all contiguous parcels are already in the Cluster Zoning <br /> District. The intent and purpose of the Zoning By-Law would not be <br /> frustrated by allowing this petition, and substantial hardship <br /> would result to the Petitioner by reason of location of parcel <br /> bounded on all sides by the Cluster Zoning District.
