TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> Rei Petition of Christopher C. Cushman for a Special Permit <br /> A petition was filed by Christopher C. Cushman, Trustee <br /> Shanderwes Trust, of Harwich, Massachusetts requesting a Special Permit <br /> under Section 6.3 E-1 and E-9 of the land Use Regulations, for permission <br /> to extend retail lumber business to adjoining Lot D (Lot #2) on property <br /> located on Route 130, Lot D, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws, Chapter 40A as amended by Chapter 808 of the Acts of1975. <br /> Notice was given by publication by publishing in the Falmouth Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on September 2, <br /> 1980 and September 9, 1980, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, September 17, 1980 at 8:00 p.m, at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting through- <br /> out: Robert J. Houle, Michael Makunas, Raymond G. Sweeney. <br /> The Petitioner presented plans and pictures of the proposed <br /> building, and explained the intension to operate a lumber business on the <br /> property. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously <br /> to extend the use as granted by Special Permit on September 5, 1978, relative <br /> to Lot 1, as it appears on Plan 39380A as recorded by the Barnstable County <br /> Registry of Deeds, and to extend said use to Lot 2 as it appears on Plan <br /> 39380A, as filed with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds. <br /> As a condition to the granting of the Special Permit, construction <br /> �' of the building will be completed by December 31, 1981. <br />
