PLANNING BOARD <br /> wn-of-Mashpee <br /> December 16, 1981 <br /> RECOMMENDATION 'OF PLANNING BOARD FOR BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> CONSIDERATION CONCERNING THE PROPOSAL OF ARTHUR KRIKIS* <br /> MEETINGHOUSE ROAD ESTATES <br /> The Planning Board approves the plan submitted for Meetinghouse <br /> Road Estates subject to the following changest <br /> 1 . Section 9. 3743 of the Zoning By-law of the Town of Mashpee <br /> provides for a forty food buffer area adjacent to the parking areas. <br /> No parking area or swimming pool should be allowed to violate the <br /> forty food buffer. See Section 9. 352. <br /> 2. Section 9 . 3746 of the Zoning By-law calls for the proposed <br /> utility systems. The Planning Board requests that a letter be ob- <br /> tained from the Fire Chief of the Town of Mashpee approving the lo- <br /> cation of the dry hydrant as well as approving the size of the pipe <br /> connecting same. <br /> 3. Section 9 . 3824. Parking drainage must be layed out and <br /> the drainage must be shown on 1he updated plan. <br /> 4 . All areas to be maintained as open. space should be labeled <br /> on the plan as such and all lots to be eliminated from the original <br /> subdivision plan should be removed from the updated plan. Atten- <br /> tion should be focused on the lot in .the Northwest corner of the <br /> plan to indicate whether or not they will be valid lots on the up- <br /> dated plan. <br /> 5. The parking areas are to be altered so that backing out <br /> is eliminated. <br /> 6 . A forty foot buffer around the Moniz property shall be <br /> shown. <br /> 7. The "L" shaped area should be further delineated on the <br /> updated plan. <br /> 8. The well north of Lot 20 is not one hundred (100) feet <br /> from the leaching field and thus does not meet the requirements <br /> of Title V. <br />
