BOX 1108 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> RE: Petition of BCD Realty Trust for a Variance Case # V83-12-042 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. Lynch trustee of BCD Realty Trust <br /> of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the <br /> minimum front yard setback required on property located on lot 32 <br /> Wheelhouse Lane, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> November 22, 1983 and November 29, 1983 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Ma'shpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, December 7, ' 1983 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members.were present and acting throughout: Manuel E. Costa Jr. , <br /> PeteriMuse".William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Virginia T. Landry. <br /> Mr. Lynch explained to the the Board due to the topography and <br /> the fact that this is a flood plain area that a Variance would be needed. <br /> F <br />
