Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> November 22, 1983 and November 29, 1983 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Ma'shpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, December 7, ' 1983 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members.were present and acting throughout: Manuel E.
