Cochran Jr. for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-84-1-001 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. Cochran of Mashpee, Mass- <br /> achusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate a <br /> Gourmet food & deli store on property located at the New <br /> Seabury Shopping Center, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on December 20 , <br /> 1983 and December 27, 1983 a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, January 4 , 1984 at 7 : 30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> acting and present throughout: <br /> Mr. Michael Makunas , Mrs. Virginia T. Landry and Mr. Manuel <br /> Costa. <br /> Ms. Howell a representative for Mr. Cochran explained <br /> to the Board that the store would be located near Bobby <br /> Byrne' s and would. serve sandwiches, soups, salads and pastries. <br /> She went on to say that there would be four tables located <br /> in the store. <br />
