MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Factory Shoe Mart for a Special Permit Case #!SP-84-2-003 <br /> A Petition was filed by Factory Shoe Mart of Dennisport, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate a Shoes, Handbags and <br /> related items store on property located at Deer Crossing, -Route 28, Mashpee <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> January 17, 1984 and January 24,. 1984 a copy of which- is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, February 1, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Mr. William Hanrahan, Mr. Manuel Costa Jr. , Mr. Michael Makunas and Mrs. <br /> Virginia T. Landry. <br /> Mr. George Cravenho explained to the Board that he would like to <br /> operate a shoe store which would include the sale of handbags and clothing. <br /> The Board voted unanimously to grant the Special Permit with the <br /> stipulation that all clothing sold are to be strictly accessory items for <br /> the shoes.. <br />
