Burton for a Special Permit Case #SP-84-2-004 <br /> A Petition was filed by David F. Burton of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate a Retail Food Store <br /> offering full delicatessen, cheese & gourmet foods, seasonal ice cream <br /> takeout and dairy products on property located at Deer Crossing, Route <br /> 28, Mashpee, Massachusetts, <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the <br /> "''rrPwn of Mashpee on January 31, 1984 and February 7, 1984 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A-Public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, February 15, 1984 at 7:30 p.m, at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas and Virginia Landry. <br /> Mr. Burton explained to the Board that he would like to open a <br /> full delicatessen serving mainly general foods. Mr. Burton went on <br /> to say that there would not be any dining on premise nor will there <br /> be any cooking facilities. <br />
