BOX 1108 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> RE: Petition of Campisi' s Hair Co. for a Special Permit <br /> Case # SP-83-12-041 <br /> A Petition was filed by Donna Campisi of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate <br /> a Barber area on property located at the New Seabury <br /> Shopping Center, Mashpee, Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on November 22 , 1983 and <br /> November 29 , 1983 a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, .'December 7 , 1983 at 7 30 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout : <br /> Mr. Michael Makunas, Ms. Virginia Landry and Mr. Manuel <br /> Costa. <br /> Ms. Campisi explained to the Board that she would like <br /> to operate a Barber area in the location directly beside her <br /> beauty shop which is now being used to sell boutique items. <br />
