i <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEAIS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> rAB DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Osterville Cheese Shop d/b/a The Gourmet <br /> Marketplace for a Special Permit Case ##SP-85-02-003 <br /> A Petition was filed by Osterville Cheese Shop d/b/a The <br /> Gourmet Marketplace of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special <br /> Permit for permission to install a limited dining area for <br /> patrons on property located at Deer Crossing, Route 28 , <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by pub- <br /> lication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on January 30, 1985 and <br /> February 6, 1985 a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, February 20, 1985 at 7 :30 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas <br /> and William Hanrahan. <br /> Mr. Burton explained that he wanted to add 5 tables with <br /> four chairs and two chairs along the wall. Mr. Burton asked <br /> the Board for a total of 22 seats. <br />
