Bergeron for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-85-02-002 <br /> A Petition was filed by Bernard T. Bergeron of Centerville, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission groom all <br /> breeds and sell pet supplies (no selling of pets) on property <br /> located .at Shop #8, Route 28 and Shellback Way, Building D, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts' General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by pub- <br /> lication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on January 30, 1985 and <br /> February 6 , 1985 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, February 20, 1985 at 7: 30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present' <br /> and acting throughout: Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas and <br /> William Hanrahan. <br /> Mr. Bergeron explained that they would not be boarding, <br /> selling or keeping the pets past the store hours. <br /> t <br /> i <br />
