TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> P,gg CO^ <br /> 0 DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Mashpee Business Assn, for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-85-03-006 <br /> A Petition. was filed by Mashpee Business Assn, of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate <br /> an information booth on property located at the Rt. 28 Rotary, <br /> between Alan Industries & CarlSs, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by pub- <br /> lication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general . + <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on February 2?, & March 6, <br /> 1985 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, March 13, 1985 at ? : 30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas and <br /> William Hanrahan. <br /> Anne Robson explained to the Board that they would. open <br /> Memorial Day through Labor Day, in addition they were going to <br /> paint and improve the interior and add some brochure racks. <br /> Ms. Robson also told the Board that this would be geared toward <br /> Mashpee. All who were in attendance felt that this would be a <br /> positive idea. <br />
