Joseph DiMaggio for Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-85-04-012 <br /> A petition was filed by S. Joseph DiMaggio of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate <br /> a carnival on property located on Route 28, Dick & Ellies Flea <br /> Market, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by pub- <br /> lication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on March 27, & April 3, 1985• <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, April 10, 1985 at 7 : 30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas, and <br /> William Hanrahan. <br /> Mr. DiMaggio told the Board all proceeds would be given to <br /> charity and he would be the one responsible for the carnival. <br /> Dates for the carnival would be June 27, 28, 29, and 30. <br />
