-4- <br /> 17. The applicant shall provide for the reconstruction, including all costs, <br /> of Old Barnstable Road, between the main entrance and Payamps Road <br /> prior to the issuance of the 401st building permit in accordance with <br /> his expressed agreement to do so. Said reconstruction shall include eleven <br /> (11) foot travel lanes and four (4) foot paved shoulder/berm on each side. <br /> Design of the reconstructed roadway shall require the approval fo the <br /> Town Public Works Director and Town Engineer. The work performed <br /> must be authorized by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> 18. The applicant shall provide for the cost of installation of traffic signals <br /> at the intersection of Old Barnstable Road and Route 151 prior to the <br /> issuance of the 501st building permit in accordance with his expressed <br /> agreement to do so. Cost shall be determined by the Town Public Works <br /> Director. In the event the Department of Public Works of the Commonwealth <br /> does not grant permission for this traffic light, before completion of <br /> the P.R.C., this requirement will be void. <br /> 19. Prior to the issuance of the first occupancy permit, the applicant shall <br /> reconstruct the intersection of Payamps Road and Old Barnstable Road <br /> to provide for a safe right-angle intersection in accordance with his <br /> expressed agreement to do so. Payamps Road shall be paved to a width <br /> of 20 feet for a distance of at least 100 feet from Old Barnstable Road. <br /> Design of the intersection shall require approval of the Town Public <br /> Works Director and Town Engineer. The work performed must be authorized <br /> by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> 20. The applicant shall reserve an area of twenty (20) feet from the center <br /> line of Payamps Road between Old Barnstable Road and the northern <br /> boundary of the site as shown on the Master Site Development Plan <br /> dated January 23, 1985 for future use by the Town of Mashpee for roadway <br /> and/or utility and/or other public purposes. No structure or fence constructed <br /> as part of this project shall be located in said area and the applicant <br /> shall not obstruct public use of Payamps Road. <br /> 21. All interior roads shall be paved to a width of at least 20 feet and adequate <br /> cul-de-sac turnarounds, having a minimum radius of 40 feet at the curbs, <br /> shall be constructed on all streets which provide access to more than <br /> four (4) dwelling units. All paving shall comply with Planning Board <br /> rules and regulations as applicable at the time of filing with the Planning <br /> Board. <br /> 22. No vehicles of over 10,000 lbs. G.V.W. involved in the construction of <br /> this P.R.C. shall be allowed on Lowell Road or Old Barnstable Road <br /> north of Payamps Road on Algonquin Avenue. A performance bond, <br /> as determined by the Building Inspector, of said road sections shall <br /> be posted to ensure compliance with this condition. Said bond may <br /> be released only after issuance of any occupancy permit for the final <br /> dwelling unit in the P.R.C. provided that, after inspecting said road <br /> sections, the Town Public Works Director and Town Engineer certify <br /> to the Board that no funds are required to repair damage attributable <br /> to this development. <br /> 23. A central water supply system, approved by all applicable agencies, <br /> with copies of such approvals delivered to appropriate Town officials <br />
