Paquin, Trustee for <br /> a Special Permit Case #SP-85-11-068 <br /> A petition was filed by River Ridge Trust ; Thomas C . Paquin , Trustee <br /> of Mashpee , Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to cluster <br /> subdivide , with open space to be deeded to non profit club w/golf course , <br /> tennis courts & related recreational facilities in an R-3-M & R-5 zoning <br /> district on property located at Quinaquisset Avenue and Mashpee Neck <br /> Road , Mashpee , Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A . Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise , a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on November 6 , . 1985 and November 13 , 1985 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof . <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday , November 20 , 1985 , at 7 : 30 p .m . at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout : <br /> William Hanrahan , Michael Makunas and Manuel Costa . <br /> The Board heard presentations from Attorney Michael Dunning , Walter <br /> Yarosh , Roger Rolworth , Scott Horsley from IEP Inc . , Consulting Environ- <br /> mental Scientists , Dr . Kenyon Pane a Doctor of Agronomy and Adrian McNeil <br /> on the traffic study . At this time the Board took this matter under <br /> advisement . <br /> On January 8 , 1986 the Board voted to grant the Special Permit.. <br /> with the condition that six (6 ) months prior to the first phase of <br /> development a review to establish terms and conditions by the Board of <br /> Appeals is to be made . <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously to . <br /> grant the Special Permit subject to the condition stated above . <br />
