TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> a TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> AMENDED DECISION <br /> RE: ' Petition of Edward R. Wasil for a Special .Permit Case <br /> #SP-84-03-01 k <br /> A regular meeting was held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> May 28, 1986 at 7 .30 p.m. at which'time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout : <br /> William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas & Manuel Costa. <br /> The Petitioner Edward R. .Wasil, his Counsel, Morris <br /> Kirsner, the Building Inspector, Douglas Boyd, Design Review <br /> Committee member, Wayne Tavares and Town Council, Joseph J. <br /> Reardon, were all in attendance. <br /> The Petitioner waived any irregularity in notice of the <br /> meeting, the absence of former Board member, Virginia Landry, <br /> and agreed that the Board of Appeals could act on the matter <br /> of adopting an amended decision. <br /> The Board of Appeals received evidence from Mr. Wasil <br /> through his Counsel, the Building Inspector and the Design <br /> Review Committee and unanimously voted to adopt the following <br /> amended decision: <br />
