Dianne Hawryluk for a Variance <br /> Case #V-85-12-070 <br /> A petition was filed by Richard & Dianne Hawryluk of Mashpee , <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the setback require- <br /> ments in an R-3-M zoning district on property located on 65B (Lot #10) <br /> Jones Road , Mashpee , Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A . Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise , a :newspaper of general circulation in"the Town <br /> of Mashpee on November 27 , 1985 and December 4 , 1985 a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof . <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, December 11 , 1985 , at 7 : 30 p . m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout : <br /> Mahuel Costa , Michael Makunas and Cheryl Hawver . <br /> Attorney Jeffery Johnson represented Mr . & Mrs . Hawryluk in this <br /> matter . Mr . Johnson was asked to return with subdivision plans showing <br /> the surrounding lots as well as photographs of the house . At this time <br /> the matter was taken under advisement to allow time to gather information <br /> requested . <br /> On January 8 , 1986 , Mr . Johnson provided the Board with the informa- <br /> tion requested . After looking over the information it was the Board' s <br /> feeling that granting the variance would not be detrimental to the Town , <br /> and would be in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the <br /> ordinance or By-law . <br />
