These lots are the shaded lots on the attached plan. <br /> An application for a building permit was made for these lots and <br /> on January 14, 1986 the Building Inspector for the Town of Mashpee issued <br /> the enclosed decision which effects these lots. <br /> My client is agrieved by this decision and hereby appeals to the <br /> Board of Appeals to reverse the Building Inspectors decision and find that <br /> these lots are protected and buildable. <br /> I am enclosing a brief supporting the proposition that the Building <br /> Inspectors decision is incorrect. <br /> Please address all correspondence to this office. <br /> Very <br /> /truly <br /> /yo s, <br /> ' J.
