February 11, 1985, the relevant lots shown on the 1966 Subdivision Plan were <br /> not held in common ownership, as they had been deeded to Hamurco Realty Corp- <br /> oration and Sunset of Mashpee Trust in a checkerboard fashion on January 17, <br /> 1985. <br /> Adamowicz indicated that the increase in dimensional requirements which <br /> became effective on February 11, 1985, as a result of the amendment to Section <br /> 5.5, does not affect the checkerboard lots.
