Y J� <br /> The Board reached the following Finding of Facts: <br /> 1. Operating a Taxi business within the Town of Mashpee was approved by the <br /> Mashpee Selectmen and the Building Inspector of Mashpee. <br /> 2. Information was received that the business will operate on a twenty-four <br /> hour,a day basis. <br /> 3. TheBoard was informed that two vehicles will be used in business operations. <br /> 4• This Special Permit was found to be in harmony with the general purpose and <br /> intent of the By-Law. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on <br /> December 10, 1986 to grant the Special•Permit as requested on the stipulation that <br /> Kings Cab Inc. corply with the following conditions: <br /> 1. No signage at the place of business may be permitted until the Design Review <br /> Committee of Mashpee has given its approval <br /> 2. A general policing at the place of business be maintained at all times. <br /> 3.
