MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of The BSC Group, Inc. for a Special Pemrit Case #SP-87-07-071 <br /> A Petition was filed by the BSC Group, Inc. of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate a Civil Engineering office <br /> in a C-1 Zoning District on property located at Madaket Place, Unit B, 11 , <br /> 12 & 13, Route 28, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 4OA. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> July 15 & 22, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 29, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> The Board was informed that three condominium units in Buliding B, were <br /> purchased by the petitioner one year ago. The Board learned the office will <br /> occupy total footage of 6,000 square feet and will employ 24 people. Require- <br /> ments for parking have been met. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on July 29, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested and found this Special <br /> Permit to be in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the ordinance <br /> or By-Law. <br />
