Duggan for a Special Permit Case #SP-87-08-077 <br /> A Petition was filed by Richard E. Duggan of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate an Attorney's office in a <br /> C-1 Zoning District on property located at Deer Crossing, Route 28, Building <br /> B, Unit 25, upper level , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> July 29 & August 5, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, August 12, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> The Board was informed the office will occupy area of 12,000 square <br /> feet. The Board learned the Applicant is presently the sole occupant of <br /> the unit. <br /> Upon motion duly made. and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unani- <br /> mously on August 12, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as_ requested and found <br /> this request to be in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the <br /> ordinance or By-Laws. <br />
