Smith Associates, Inc. for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-87-08-079 <br /> A Petition was filed by D.L. Smith Associates of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate a computer software develop- <br /> ment business and a interior design business in a C-1 Zoning District on <br /> property located at Deer Crossing, Building B, Unit 24 upper level , Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> July 29 & August 5, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 12, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> The Board was informed the Applicant proposes to jointly share office <br /> space for the production of software for repair maintenance and for a inter- <br /> ior design business in Unit 24. The Board learned the Applicant will employ <br /> four persons with future expansion to eight. <br />
