I <br /> X <br /> 1 <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, August 17, 1988 at 7 : 30 p.m. , at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas, and <br /> Edward Govoni . <br /> After the hearing, and based on evidence presented by the <br /> Applicant, 'the Board found that the proposed removal of fill will <br /> be of benefit to the Town of Mashpee and is in harmony with the <br /> general purpose and intent of the Mashpee Zoning By-Law, and <br /> complies with the general and specific provisions thereof .
