Striar) <br /> A Petition was filed by the Leeward Run Development of East Sandwich, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to construct a dwelling within <br /> 50 feet of the wetlands in a R-3 Zoning District on property located on <br /> lot 397 Radcliff Road, (map 22, parcel 116) , Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> December 30, 1987 and January 6, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 13, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni . <br /> Due to lack of information and no representation, the Board of Appeals, <br /> upon motion duly made and seconded, voted unanimously on January 27, 1988 to <br /> deny without prejudice this request for a Variance. <br />
