Hanrahan : <br /> Please be advised that on June 3 , 1989 , in response <br /> to my request for enforcement of the Mashpee Zoning ByLaw <br /> dated April 28 , 1989 (a copy of which is attached hereto) , <br /> the Assistant Building Inspector for the town responded <br /> by declining to enforce the applicable provisions of the <br /> Mashpee Zoning ByLaws relating to the unlawful expansion <br /> of a nonconforming structure . <br /> In light of his decision and response , in behalf of <br /> my clients , Francis and Carol Quinn , owners of the abutting <br /> property , I do hereby appeal the Building Inspector ' s <br /> decision dated June 3 , 1989 , (copy of which is attached <br /> hereto ) pursuant to § 8 of General Laws c . 40A.
