Twomey SP-89-11-02 Page 2. <br /> The Board determined that the use is in harmony with the general purpose <br /> and intent of the zoning by-law and complies with the specific provisions <br /> set forth within the zoning by-law. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on February 1, 1989 to grant the Special Permit with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Vehicle maintenance including, but not limited to, oil changes be <br /> prohibited on-site. <br /> 2. Laundering, including but not limited to table linens and <br /> napkins, be prohibited. <br /> 3. Floor drains inside the buildings be prohibited. <br /> 4. The washing of vehicles and/or tents using potentially harmful <br /> detergents be prohibited on-site. <br /> 5. The parking area road rains be of the "MDC" type to separate <br /> petroleum products from water. These drains to be maintained <br /> at the owner's expense and proof of which will be supplied to the <br /> Board of Health semi-annually or more frequently if necessary. <br /> 6.
