BOX 1108 <br /> MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RE: Petition of Uldis Ozolins for a Special Permit SP-89-01-11 <br /> Case: SP-89-01-11 <br /> A Petition was filed on January 6, 1989 by Uldis Ozolins of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to expand a non- . <br /> conforming structure in an R-3 zoning district on property located <br /> at 23 Jeep Place (Map 118, Lot 111) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on February 8, 1989 and February 15, 1989, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, January 25, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Cheryl Hawver and Richard Halpern. <br /> Craig Arnold, agent for the petitioner, informed the Board that <br /> the owners wish to convert a ranch style home to a cape and raise the <br /> pitch of the roof to accomodate an upstairs bedroom. <br /> The Board determined that the plans presented with the petition <br /> had not been revised to reflect the accurate location of a shed on the <br /> property. <br />
