This is an appeal brought pursuant to G. L. c. 40A, Section 17 of Decisions issued by the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals granting a special permit and a variance to the Defendants allowing the erection of a free standing internally illuminated sign on property located at 8 Ryan's Way, Mashpee, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. The Plaintiff is an abutter of the property which is the subject of this appeal and aggrieved by the Decision. PARTIES 2 . The Plaintiff, Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership, is a Delaware Limited Partnership with a principal place of business at Mashpee Commons, P. O. Box 1530, Mashpee, Barnstable County, Massachusetts 02649 . 3. The Defendant, Randall Bartlett, of 158 Greeley Street, Hudson, NH. 03051 is the named applicant for the above- referenced special permit and variance. 4 . Upon information and belief, the Defendants, Charles F. Doe, Jr. , Dana G. Doe and William A. Doe, are Trustees of the Doe Family Trust II, under a Declaration of Trust dated September 16, 1992, reside at 160 Olympia Avenue, Woburn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts and are the owners of the property which is the subject of this appeal.
