BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Minutes <br /> Wednesday, May 22, 1996 <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting at 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday, May 22, <br /> 1996 at the Home Economics Room of the Mashpee Middle School. Board members <br /> present were: Edward M. Govoni, Chairman; James E. Regan III, Clerk and Associate <br /> Members Robert G. Nelson and Cheryl A. Hawver, <br /> Francis G. McGee - Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float in Popponesset Creek on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 16 Spoondrift Circle (Map 111, Block 118) <br /> Mashpee,MA. (Owner of record: Ann Mabardy&Francis G. McGee, Kimberly McGee <br /> et al). <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, R. Nelson, C. Hawver <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and presented plans for a revised <br /> location of the pier. Mr. Govoni read comments from the Harbormaster and Shellfish <br /> Warden approving the plans if float stops were installed. Mr. Nelson moved to grant the <br /> request for the Special Permit referencing the revised plan 040396 dated April 18, 1996 <br /> Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Michael and Beth S. Moskowitz -Request a Modification of Special Permit 90-01-10 <br /> issued under Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning By-laws to allow the addition of a 6' x 13' <br /> float and pile to an existing dock on Popponesset Bay on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 146 Popponesset Island Road (Map 112,Block 10)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, C. Hawver, J. Regan <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and informed the Board that the owner <br /> wanted to add one pile and float to an existing pier. Conservation, Harbormaster and <br /> Shellfish have approved pending the Special Permit from the Board. Mr. Regan moved to <br /> grant the Special Permit. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Merchant Financial Investment Corp. -Has appealed the decision of the Building <br /> Inspector denying the issuance of a building permit for a single family house on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 51 Waterline Drive South (Map 120, Black 145). The <br /> denial was based on the determination by the Building Inspector that the ownership <br /> records on the lot were incomplete. <br /> Merchant Financial Investment Corp. - Has appealed the decision of the Building <br /> Inspector denying the issuance of a building permit for a single family house on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 47 Waterline Drive South (Map 120, Block 146).
