i <br /> this By-Law to another authorized Board or Agencv as allowed <br /> under Chapter 148 of the Acts of 1975, as amended. <br /> f 2.44 Other words and Phrases <br /> Words and phrases not defined in this section' but defined <br /> <{ in the building code of the Town of Mashpee which have the <br /> meanings given in said building rode unless a contrary <br /> intention clearly appears . <br /> SECTION 3: <br /> ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> 3.1 - The Town of Mashpee is hereby divided into zoning districts <br /> designated as follows: <br /> Residence Districts <br /> R-1 R-4 <br /> R-2 R-5 <br /> R-3 <br /> Commercial Districts <br /> C-1 C-1-SV Incentive Zone i <br /> C-2 <br /> Industrial Districts <br /> I-1 <br /> Flood Plain Districts <br /> F s <br /> Mashpee River and Quashnet River Protective Districts i <br /> 3.2 Except for Flood Plain and Mashpee River and Quashnet River <br /> Protective Districts , the location and boundaries of these <br /> districts are hereby established as shown on a map entitled <br /> "Zoning Map of the Town of Mashpee, " dated June 27, 1983 , '' <br /> bearing the signatures of the members of the Planning Board <br /> and on file in the office of the Town Clerk, which map, with i! <br /> all explanatory matter thereon is declared to be a part of <br /> this By-Law. <br /> 3.3 Any changes or amendments shall be indicated by the alteration 1 <br /> cf such map, and the map thus altered is declared to be at <br /> part of the By-Laws thus amended. <br /> 3.4 Where a district boundary is indicated as within or parallel 1 <br /> ,r to a street, highway , railroad right-of-way, water course <br /> or town municipal boundary such district boundary shall be <br /> construed as the centerline or being parallel to the centerline <br /> of such street , highway, railroad right-of-way, water course or <br /> 1 <br /> town municipal boundary. <br /> -6- <br />
