BY—LAWS TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> Section 1.1.4 Articles in Warrant. The articles shall be con— <br /> sidered in the order in which they appear in the <br /> warrant. Articles referred from previous Town <br /> Meetings shall take an early place in the warrant. <br /> Other articles shall be grouped together in accord— <br /> ance with the requests of the respective Town <br /> A Departments or Committees under whose direction <br /> the action called for in such articles is proposed <br /> to be executed. <br /> . Section 1.1.5 Seating. The main body of the house shall be re— <br /> served for registered voters; all others are to <br /> be seated in another section. <br /> Section 1.1.6 Hand Vote. If any voters rises in his place and <br /> questions an oral "yea and nay" vote, without <br /> { , further discussion, a hand vote shall be taken. <br /> r` Section 1.1.7 Motions in Writing. The moderator may require <br /> lengthy or involved motions to be presented in <br /> writing. All motions affecting the Zoning By—Lax <br /> must be presented in writing, and must be accompanied <br /> by a survey plan, if zoned area is to be created or <br /> altered. <br /> Section 1.1.8 Reconsideration. No vote involving the expenditure <br /> of any sum of money shall be reconsidered -at <br /> the same meeting at which it is acted upon unless <br /> w: public notice of the intention to move such recon— <br /> sideration be given within thirty minutes of the <br /> declaration of the vote by the moderator. The Town Clerk <br /> shall note in writing the action taken and time of such <br /> f ' vote and also the time when the notice of reconsideration <br /> is given.
