i <br /> i <br /> I <br /> determined by a vote at a Town Meeting whether or <br /> not said land shall be held by the Town as Conser- <br /> vation Land, with the custody and control thereof <br /> being transferred to the Conservation Commission for <br /> all purposes included in Section 8C of Chapter 40 of I ' <br /> the General Law as it now reads or may hereafter be <br /> amended; or shall be held by the Town for some other <br /> municipal purpose. <br /> 'Section 2 .9 . 3 Posting of Bond. The Conservation Commission may <br /> require the posting of a bond, with surety, running 1i <br /> to the municipality, and sufficient as to form and <br /> surety in the opinion of the Commission ' s Counsel <br /> to secure faithful and satisfactory performance of <br /> work required by any final "Order of Conditions, " <br /> in such sum and upon such conditions as the Commission <br /> may require. Other evidence of financial responsibility <br /> which is satisfactory to the Commission may bej <br /> accepted in lieu of bonding. Notwithstanding the above <br /> the amount of such bond shall not exceed the estimated a <br /> cost of the work required or the restoration ofI <br /> affected lands and property if the work is not <br /> P as required, whichever is the greater. ' <br /> Forfeiture of any. such bond shall be recoverable at <br /> the suit of the municipality in the Superior Court . y <br /> Article 2. 10 Personnel Board <br />'Section 2.10. 1 There shall be a Personnel Board under the provisions of <br /> the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, � <br /> Section 108C consisting of the Board of Selectmen s <br /> and/or such other registered voters as the Board of <br /> Selectmen may from time to time designate. <br /> (Amended at Annual Town Meeting May 3, 1982 and <br /> approved by Attorney General September 7, 1982) . <br /> Section 2. 10. 2 Duties. The Personnel Board shall have the additional <br /> duties and functions of a Personnel Review Board, <br /> pursuant to General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 21B, <br /> to adjust grievances of Town employees other than � <br /> those appointed by the School Committee. <br /> Section 2. 10. 3 Personnel Administration Plan . A Personnel classification <br /> and administration plan shall be established under <br /> which the Personnel Board shall promulgate, and may <br /> from time to time amend, rules and regulations, after <br /> notice and hearing thereon, subject to the approval of <br /> the Board of Selectmen, and not contrary to any law: j <br /> a.
