i, <br /> I <br /> I <br /> z I" <br /> x . 6. 5 Copies of Annual Report shall be published and <br /> distributed along with the Finance Committee report . <br /> The Capital Program Committee shall deposit the 1 <br /> original with the Town Clerk. 1 <br /> Section 3. 6.'6 One member of said committee shall be a member of <br /> the Board of Selectmen who shall be designated !j <br /> annually by majority vote of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> In addition, the Board shall appoint another member <br /> of the Capital Program Committee, who upon initial <br /> appointment shall serve for a term, to expire <br /> June 30, 1984, and thereafter to serve for a three <br /> year term. Said member shall not be a town employee <br /> or member of another town board or commission. <br /> Section 3. 6. 7 One member of said committee shall be a member of <br /> the Finance Committee, who shall be designated annually <br /> by majority vote of the Finance Committee. In addition, j <br /> the Finance Committee shall appoint another member of <br /> the Capital Program Committee, who upon initial <br /> appointment shall serve a term, to expire June 30, 1983, I' <br /> and thereafter to serve for a three year term. Said member shall not be a town employee <br /> or member of another town board or commission. <br /> Section 3 . 6.9 Wherever any vacancy shall occur on the committee, it <br /> shall be filled by the appointing authority which <br /> appointed the member whose position shall have become <br /> vacant . Any person appointed to fill a vacancy on the ) j <br /> committee shall hold office for the unexpired term of <br /> the person whom he suceeds . <br /> Section 3. 6. 10 Committee members shall organize at the first meeting <br /> following June 30 of each year and choose their own <br /> officers, including at a minimum a chairperson and <br /> clerk, and shall serve without compensation, although <br /> members may be -reimbursed for expenses incurred in <br /> performance of duties, subject to Town. Meeting <br /> appropriation . <br /> Section 3. 6. 11 The Town Accountant and Executive Secretary, if one <br /> has been appointed, shall serve as ex-officio members . I <br /> Neither is entitled to vote. <br /> I <br /> Their attendance cannot be considered as part of a j <br /> quorum. <br /> Section 3. 6. 12 A Committee member who ceases to reside in the Town <br /> or accepts employment from it shall no longer <br /> be eligible to serve, and the position may be declared <br /> vacant by vote of the Committee.
