L-A 1 0— mass. FORM 567 ORDER FOR POLE RELOCATIONS In Board of Selectmen of the Town of MANUEE Massachusetts. ORDERED: That the NEIV ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY be and it is hereby granted a relocation for and permission to erect and maintain a line of wires, cables and poles, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Company may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Company dated the 18th day of October 19 49. , , All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO., No. 401 Dated October 18, 1949 —filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles not to exceed 40 wires and 2 cables, and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of riot less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 ' feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— SNAKE POND ROAD from Sandwich Town Line, southerly SEVEN (7) POLES (Remove 11 poles) O THIS FORTS SHOULD BE FILLED OUT AM SIGNED BY SELECTMEN .AND DELIVERED TO THE TOI.,!N CLERK 1^730 WILL FILE SAME IN HIS BOOT{ OF LOCI TIOIJ RECORDS, AS SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 509, ACTS OF 1911. Also that permission be and hereby is granted said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELE- GRAPH COMPANY to lay and maintain underground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersect- ing public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as it may desire for distributing purposes.
