MASS. FORM 001 ORDER PORJOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS If-Wa In Board of Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee, Massachusetts. Notice having been given and a pnblic hearing held, as provided by law, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: that the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 31st day of duly 1964 . All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions.— Poles onditions.Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. (& T. Co., No. 430 Dated 7-31-64 — filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and h cables. and by said CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY Not to exceed necessary wires, cables and fixtures. and all of said wires and cables ahall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parte of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— STATE HIGHWAY, from Pine Tree Rotary southerly THREE (3) Poles fTo Abutters August 13, 1964 In conformity with the requirements oI Section 22 of Chapter 166 of the Gen- eral Laws (Ter. Ed.), you are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held at the office of the Board of Select. men of Me Town of Mashpee, Masssa. chusetts, on the 27th day ow August 1964, at 0 o'clock P.
