FORM 331 <br />tt-1-e4 <br />PETITION FOR CONDUIT LOCATION—CITIES AND TOWNS <br />f <br />To the Board of Selectman <br />Of Mashpee Massachusetts. <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY requests permission to lay and <br />maintain underground conduits and manholes, with the wires and cables to be placed therein, under the <br />surface of the following public way or ways:— <br />NATHAN ELLIS HIGHWAY: From the northeast corner of Richard Road, <br />approximately 53 feet east, construct manhole. <br />Also for permission to lay and maintain underground conduits, manholes, cables and wires in the above <br />or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as it may <br />desire for distributing purposes. <br />Plan marked—N. E. T. & T.
