...AM FORM VO ORDER FOR JOINT POLE RELOCATION 947660 IN BOARD OF SELECTMEN OF THE TOWN OF Mashpee MASSACHUSETTS. ORDERED: That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and NLW BEDFORD GAS & EDISON LIGHT COMPANY ' be and they are hereby granted a joint relocation for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 15th day of Jan. 1916 . All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO., No. 79-3 Dated 1-15-76 —flied with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 4O wines and 4 cables and by said NEW BEDFORD GAS & EDISON LIGHT COMPANY not to eitceed necessary wires, cables and fixtures and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— BAYVIEW ROAD from Seconsett Isle Road northerly ONE (1) POLE (one pole to be removed) THIS FORM°SHOULD BE FILLED OUT AND SIGNED BY THE SELECTMEN AND DELIVERED TO THE TOWN CLERK WHO WILL FILE SAME IN HIS BOOK OF LOCATION RECORDS AS SPECIFIED IN CHAP. 506, ACTS OF 1911 .
