ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS In Board of Selectmen of the Town of MASHPEE Massachusetts. I Notice having been given and a public hearing held,as provided by law, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: that the NEW BEDFORD GAS AND EDISON LIGHT COMPANY and NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Compa- nies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 28th day of November 19 76. All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— Poles shall be of sound timber and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indicated upon the plan marked—N. B. G. and E. L. CO., No. 3503 Dated December 28, 1976 filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELE- GRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and 4 cables. and by said NEW BEDFORD GAS AND EDISON LIGHT COMPANY necessary wires, cables and fixtures and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— Oak rder:Oak GREAT NECK ROAD, from Knoll Drive northerly and southerly THREE (3) POLES ASHER.S PATH, from Great Neck Road easterly THREE (3) POLES THIS FORM SHOULD BE FILLED OUT AND SIGNED BY THE SELECTMEN AND DELIVERED TO THE TOWN CLERK WHO WILL FILE SAME IN HIS BOOK OF LOCATION RECORDS AS SPECIFIED IN CHAP, 509, ACTS OF 1911 , ) Also that permission be and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain underground cables, conduits, wires, and necessary equipment in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connec- tions with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes.
