ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS In Board of Selectmen of the Town of MASHPEE Massachusetts. Notice having been given and a public hearing held,as provided by law, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: that the NEW BEDFORD GAS AND EDISON LIGHT COMPANY and NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Compa- nies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 16th day of May 19 78 - All 8 .All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— Poles shall be of sound timber and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indicated upon the plan marked—N. B. G. and E. L. CO., No. 8592 Dated May 16, 1978 filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELE- GRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and 4 cables. and by said NEW BEDFORD GAS AND EDISON LIGHT COMPANY necessary wires, cables and fixtures and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number 6f poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— STATE rder:STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 28, from Noisey Hole Rd, easterly ----- TWO (2) POLES STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 28, west corner of Noisey Hole Rd. --------- ONE (1) POLE THIS FORM SHOULD NOT BE SIGNED BY SELECTMEN BUT SHOULD BE USED BY TOWN CLERK TO MAKE A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER AND MAIL SAME TO: NEW ENGLAND TEL. AND TEL. CO.
