i <br /> i <br /> CHAPTER 4 PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, WELFARE, CONVENIENCE & GOOD ORDER <br /> e <br /> G Article 4. 1 General Sanitary Regulations <br /> Section 4. 1. 1 Littering of Streets. No person shall throw or <br /> sweep into, or place, or drop, or suffer to remain <br /> in any street, any hoops , boards , or other wood with <br /> nails projecting therefrom, or nails of any kind, <br /> shavings, ashed,' hair, manure, rubbish, offal or <br /> filth of any kind, or any noxious or refuse liquid <br /> or solid substance. <br /> r <br /> Section 4. 1. 2 Runoff Into Streets. No person shall allow any sink <br /> water or other impure liquid to run from the house, <br /> barn or lot, occupied by him into any street of the <br /> town. <br /> Section 4. 1. 3 Junk Collection. No person shall barter, or <br /> trade and <br /> collect dunk without a license from o the Selectmen of <br /> the town. <br /> Section 4. 1. 4 Town Dump. The Mashpee Town Dump shall be restricted <br /> to use by residents only. All residents must dump in <br /> designated locations. All commercial garbage and <br /> trucking outfits must be approved by the Board of <br /> Health. No autos or parts of autos will be accepted. <br /> All persons who wilfully fail or refuse to comply with <br /> these rules and regulations shall be punished by a <br /> fine of not less than $25. 00 and not more than $50. 00. <br /> Article 4. 2 Regulation of Trailer Coach Parks and Auto-Trailers <br /> Section 4. 2 . 1 Licensing of Trailer Parks. No license shall be <br /> granted under the provisions of Chapter 140, <br /> Section 32A to Section 32L, inclusive, of the General <br /> Laws, except as permitted by the Zoning By-Laws of <br /> the town and by the unanimous vote of the Board of <br /> Health. No renewal of such license shall be granted <br /> except by the unanimous vote of the Board of Health. <br /> Section 4. 2. 2 Rules and Regulations. The Board of Health of the <br /> Town of Mashpee shall have the power to promulgate <br /> rules and regulations for the enforcement of the <br /> provisions of this ordinance, and for the purpose <br /> of insuring the maintenance of tourist camps and <br /> structures therein in a manner compatible with public t ' <br /> health and safety. <br /> I <br /> -18- <br />
