involving a special permit a site plan showing <br /> location of buildings, drainage , and utilities shaTl <br /> be submitted in duplicate and Board of Appeals shall <br /> submit one ( 1 ) copy to the Planning Beard for its <br /> review and comments . The Planning Board shall lumbit <br /> a. written report to the Board of Appeals within thirty <br /> ( 30 ) days of the receipt of said site plan .
