Under current zoning a set- <br /> back of 100 feet is required from the front lot line. The building has ex- <br /> isted for many years with a setback of only 45 feet from the front lot line. <br /> The petitioner requests a Special Permit to continue the use of' the building <br /> as a real estate office. <br /> Decision: The building has existed for many years set back 45 feet from the lot <br /> line. The intended use of the building for an office is within keeping with <br /> the intent of the by-law. The set back of the building is equal to the set- <br /> back of other buildings on the lot. The parking area was found to be suff- <br /> icient for the intended use. It is.therefore,the decision of the Appeals Board <br /> to issue a Special Permit to the petitioner for the continuation of am bhe <br /> buildingt known as the Epicure Shop at Pine Tree Cornert as a non-conforming <br /> use. <br /> Vote: Unanimous <br /> o I <br /> FORM 1095 HOBBS @ WARREN, INr. <br />
