17. It is further alleged by the plaintiff that the Board of <br /> Appeals exceeded its authority in denying the special permit and <br /> that such decision constitutes a nullity. <br /> 18. That a ruling be made rocognizing the DARE School as <br /> governed by section 6. 3 B(2) of the zoning by-laws of the Town <br /> of Mashpee. <br /> 4. In the event that the •alief requested in paragraph 2 <br /> and 3 above is not granted, that the special permit be granted. <br /> 5. That the Board of Appeals, its agents and assigns, <br /> including the Building Inspector of the Town of Mashpoe, be <br /> teaporarily enjoined and restrained from revoking any permits <br /> or licenses necessary for the continued operation of DARE <br /> School, pending the final adjudication of this matter. <br /> �d <br />
