Haggett for a Variance Case #V-82-4-00$ <br /> A Petition was filed by James W. Haggett, of Welle's1ey, <br /> Massachusetts, for a variance under Section 7.4 of the land Space <br /> Requirements for permission to vary the minimum frontage require- <br /> ments on property located on Lot #8 Godfrey Road, Byaberry Village <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly. given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 6, 1982 and April 13, 1982, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, April 21, 1982 at 9:30 p.m, at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughouts Raymond G. Sweeney, Michael Makunas, Peter Muse. <br /> Mr. James Haggett made the presentation to the Board, <br /> explaining that his intention was to construct a house twenty-six <br /> feet from the front property line in order to comply with the order <br /> of conditions issued by the Conservation Commission regarding the <br /> rear set back requirements from the wetlands. <br /> The Board found that the Petitioner established, to the <br /> satisfaction of the Board, a hardship unique to the particular <br /> property. <br />
