PLANNING BOARD
 Town of D chnee
Page Two
9. The project sign and plantings in front should be re-
located so as not to block the visability.
. 10. The report submitted by Attorney Edward T. Angley for
Meetinghouse Road Estates indicates on Page 3 there are twenty-
two (22) single family lots. There shall be twenty-one (21)
single family lots, not twenty-two (22) lots as indicated.
11. There shall' be one additional parking space opposite
Lot 13.
12. The Planning Board opposes the granting of a variance
excepting the swimming pool from the forty foot buffer as set out '
in Section 9. 3743 and discussed above.
13. Page 8 of Attorney Angley 's report indicates that nego-
tiations are to be carried out regarding, restrictive 'covenants
for the single family units. Clarification is needed as to which
parties are to conduct said negotiations.
14 . The Planning Board recommends that the playing field
grass be mowed and maintained while Phase II and Phase III are
under construction.
15. It is understood and agreed to by the Petitioner that
this, project is to be undertaken in three phases , with one-third
of the units to be completed in successive years following the
granting of any special permit, with the total development to be
completed on or before three years subsequent to the special per-
mit being granted.
16. The Planning Board recommends that the Petitioner work
up a calculation as to the impact on the land fill and to gener-
ate statistics 'as to how many pounds of solid waste per person
per day is expected to be generated by this project.
17. Before a special permit is; issued, it is recommended
by the Planning Board that a three year phasing be implemented,
that the Board of Health be given a maintenance schedule for
septic systems and that a process of reports of inspections to
the Board of Health be developed. It is further suggested that
the Board of Health approve. the project before a special permit
be granted.
