Soliz for a Variance - Case #V-82-5-010 <br /> A Petition was filed by Chester P. Soliz, of Route 130, Mashpee, Ma. , <br /> for a Variance requesting permission to vary the minimum rear set <br /> back requirement on property located on Route 130, Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Iaws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee, on Apri127, 1982 and May 7, 1982, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, May 12, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa Jr. , and Peter Muse. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously <br /> to deny the request for a Variance as the Petitioner failed to meet <br /> the requirements set forth in the rules and regulations of the Board. <br /> r , <br />
