Soliz for a Special Permit - Case #SP-82-5-009 <br /> A Petition was filed by Chester P. Soliz, of Mashpee, Ma., for a <br /> Special Permit requesting permission for an additional 15 motel rooms <br /> and baths on property located on Route 130, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee, on April 27, 1982 and May 7, 1982, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, May 12, 1982, at 7130 p.m, at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughouto <br /> Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa Jr„ and Peter Muse. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously <br /> to deny the request for a Special Permit as the Petitioner failed <br /> to meet the requirements set forth in the rules and regulations of the <br /> Board. <br />
