Gifford for a Variance <br /> A Petition was filed by Richard C. Gifford of Osterville, <br /> Massachusetts requesting a Variance under Section 7.4 of the Land <br /> Space Requirements for permission to vary the minimum side line and <br /> minimum set back requirements, on property located at 43 Wheelhouse <br /> Lane, Little Neck Bay, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 27, 1982, and mpy.A, 1982, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Nall on Wednesday, May 12, 1982 at 730 p.m, at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughouts Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa, Jr, and Peter Lawrence. <br /> Mr. Richard Gifford made the presentation to the Board, indicating on the <br /> plans presented the intention to construct a deck eight feet from side <br /> yard property line. <br />
